Enrollment essentials
To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, please follow these guidelines:
Punctuality
If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered missed and non-reschedulable.
Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will not be refunded.
Engagement
Active participation is key to progress! Stay focused, ask questions, and practice speaking as much as possible
Respect and communication
A positive learning environment is important. If you have any concerns, feel free to communicate them.
