Class rules:

To ensure a smooth and effective learning experience, please follow these guidelines:

 

- Punctuality: be on time for your lesson. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, the session will be considered missed and non-refundable.


- Rescheduling & Cancellations: you can reschedule or cancel a lesson up to 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations will not be refunded.

 

- Engagement: active participation is key to progress! Stay focused, ask questions, and practice speaking as much as possible.


- Respect & Communication: A positive learning environment is important. If you have any concerns, feel free to communicate them.
